Abstract:

During the CHINARE-24 cruise(2007/11—2008/4),the investigation was carried out to focus on the concentrations and distribution of dissolved trace metals in the surface seawater of Prydz Bay. All the trace element analyses were done by AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometry) in the clean laboratory. The measurements showed that the average concentrations of Cu,Cd and Zn were 0.143,1.15 and 11.2 μg·dm-3,respectively. Compared with the Subantarctic Zone, the concentrations of trace metals in the surface seawater o...
