摘要: 极地科学与工程技术装备在极地科技发展中扮演着重要的角色,不仅关乎极地科学研究和资源利用,而且还与一个国家的安全、国际地位以及可持续发展紧密相连。在科技不断进步和国际极地形势日趋复杂的背景下,我国在极地科学与工程技术的研发应用发展显得尤为重要和迫切。本文全面回顾了我国极地考察 40 年来在科学探测技术装备和工程化技术装备研发应用发展历程和最新成果,分析了我国极地工程技术装备发展现状与世界先进水平的差距和存在的问题。本文还重点针对我国在极地科研探测技术、重型破冰船技术、极地航空技术以及通讯导航技术等方面所存在的问题,提出了推进极地重大工程和大科学计划、构建协同创新平台、加强关键技术创新研发、建设极地试验场、完善标准化技术体系以及推动产业化发展等的建议,以期我国在极地科学与工程技术装备的研发应用发展上,快速发展和逐步赶超世界先进水平,更好地服务于我国的极地事业发展。

Abstract: Polar science and engineering technology equipment plays a significant role in the development of polar science and technology, impacting not only polar scientific research and resource utilization but also a nation's security, international standing, and sustainable development. In the context of continuous technological advancements and an increasingly complex international polar situation, the research, development, and application of polar science and engineering technology in China have become particularly important and urgent. This paper comprehensively reviews the development process and latest achievements in the research, development, and application of scientific exploration technology equipment and engineering technology equipment over the past 40 years of China's polar research. It analyzes the current status of China's polar engineering technology equipment development, its gaps with the world's advanced level, and existing issues. This paper also focuses on the problems existing in China's polar scientific research and exploration technology, heavy icebreaker technology, polar aviation technology, and communication and navigation technology. It proposes suggestions such as promoting major polar projects and grand scientific plans, building a collaborative innovation platform, strengthening key technology innovation and research and development, constructing polar testing grounds, improving standardized technical systems, and promoting industrial development. The aim is to rapidly develop and gradually surpass the world's advanced level in the research, development, and application of polar science and engineering technology equipment, better serving China's polar cause development.
