Abstract:
With the development of photogrammetry, photogrammetrists are studying an air photogrammetric method using non metric camera loaded in a light plane. The new method can better serve the photogrammetric purpose, but some disscusions are needed. This paper describes a combined adjustment program system WuCAPS based on 386 personal computer, which developed by Derpartment of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping. Some adjusted results with small format air photographs for Zhongshan station's project on Antarctica are given. These photos are taken with a non metric camera of Bronika SQ A 120 type, made in Japan. The photo scale is 1∶40000. By using the bundle block adjustment with self calibration of WuCAPS, the planimetric accuracy reaches ±2.829m, and the height accuracy reaches ±4.973m in the ground.
