摘要:

多年的极地科学研究积累了多学科的极地专题信息资料,这些资料的数字化、信息化管理与建设是信息社会的发展需求,本文基于ArcGIS Server平台,设计并实现了面向公众的极地专题信息系统;本文逐步论述了系统的设计与建立过程,介绍了系统建设前期数据的组织与管理过程、数据的发布过程、系统的主要功能,重点论述了信息查询功能和空间分析功能;该系统界面友好,操作便捷,在实现极地专题数据信息发布的同时,可以为广大极地用户提供直观、高效的极地科普服务。

Abstract:

A Geographic Information System (GIS) can provide users with convenient and efficient mapping service, this paper applied the data on various topics obtained by previous Antarctic Survey, based on ArcGIS Server platform, designed and implemented for the public's polar information system. This paper discussed the system design and building process gradually. The main functions of the system are introduced, with emphasis on the information inquiry function and spatial analysis capabilities. The system interface is friendly, easy operation. Thematic data in the realization of polar information are shared, and at the same time, provide for the majority of polar intuitive and efficient services to polar science.
